We are a fully licensed and insured company serving Sacramento, Elk Grove,  the Central Valley and Bay Area since 1980. Our chefs are certified by the National Restaurant Association Food Safety Council. We use only USDA choice meats and poultry, hand-rubbed with our spices and slow cooked to order.
